Project: Our goal is to design a user-friendly and visually appealing e-commerce website for selling high quality jeans. The website should provide a seamless user experience, showcasing a wide range of jeans, allowing users to make purchases easily, and promoting customer satisfaction.
My Contributions
Provide users with a seamless and intuitive website to make an informative decision to purchase a new pair of jeans. Enable users to easily maneuver through the site to see all the options and compare products before following through with a smooth and painless transaction. Conduct research to understand the needs, preferences and pain points of the target audience. Perform usability testing to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience, addressing issues or confusion that arise. Gather user feedback through surveys, and community engagement to continuously improve the website's features and usability.
Target Audience
ComfyJeans is an online fashion retailer that sells comfortable jeans without sacrificing style. On their website, they offer free shipping and fast delivery. Their target audience is college students who are who are looking to purchase a high quality pairs of jeans. These individuals will be fast paced in a purchase that they will choose to purchase quickly based on style and marketing that is relatable. So creating a website that easily depicts all the information and makes completing the transaction smooth and easy was the goal for the design.
